Amphenol XGIGA’S XGSF-T12-02-4 10/100/1000BASE-T Copper Small Form Pluggable (SFP) transceiver modules are based on the SFP Multi Source Agreement (MSA) . They are compatible with all relevant Gigabit Ethernet standards as specified in IEEE Std 802.3.

The 10/100/1000 BASE-T physical layer IC (PHY) can be accessed via I2C, allowing access to all PHY settings and features.  The XGSF-T12-02-4 is compatible with 1000BASE-X auto-negotiation, and has a LED-based a link indication feature. PHY is disabled when TX_disable is high or open. 

This convenient SFP to RJ45 converter / adapter module is compatible with all SFP, SFP+ and SFP28 ports, allowing the convenient addition of a Gigabit Ethernet compatible RJ45 connection to any switch, server or NIC.  Drives Ethernet traffic up to 1000 Mbps via CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, CAT7 or CAT8 patch cords 100-feet (30m) or shorter in length.
