Amphenol 0.5m (1.6') QSFP112 (400G QSFP-112G-PAM4) 400GBASE-CR4 802.3by/802.3bs qualified passive copper direct attach (DAC) cables provide next generation performance by combining four SFP112 channels, each operating at speeds of up to 100.0 Gbps (PAM4-112G), into one affordable standard density QSFP package (QSFP112); capable of combined speeds in excess of 400-Gigabits per second.
The Amphenol Cables on Demand 32 AWG SF-NJAAKK0006-000.5M QSFP112 DAC Cable is 100% identical to the Amphenol NJAAKK-0006 QSFP112 DAC Cable and will also substitute for the 30 AWG NJAAKKR-0006. Our cable functions as the 0.5m (1.6ft) length equivalent to the Amphenol-built NJAAKK-N911 0.4m QSFP112 DAC Cable and per the NVIDIA Developer Forum offers the same capacity for interconnecting (stacking) two NVIDIA DGX Spark systems via QSFP (ConnectX-7).
Our QSFP112 cables integrate a new 400G Ethernet-optimized (400GbE) 38-position “board-as-connector” design with zinc die-cast backshells for superior EMI resistance, minimal insertion loss, and improved cross-talk performance. Featuring our exclusive Amphenol Spectra-Strip SKEWCLEAR® EXD Extended Distance Series 8-pair wire technology optimized for 112G/lane applications including 400-Gigabit Ethernet (400GBASE-CR4) and 400G InfiniBand.
SKEWCLEAR EXD allows use of a lighter and more flexible 32 AWG conductor while maintaining a smooth high-frequency response (20 GHz) superior to our competitors' 30 AWG equivalent. Each 0.5m (1.6-ft) length QSFP112 cable goes through a rigorous assembly and test procedure aimed at eliminating unnecessary signal loss. Our cables are fully compliant to the QSFP112 MSA for guaranteed compatibility with all QSFP112 ports and reverse compatibility with QSFP+ / QSFP28 / QSFP56 ports.
