Amphenol CS-NMDDJF0002-002M 2m (6.6 ft) PCI Express 4.0 (PCIe Gen 4) 16G External 4x HD Mini-SAS to HD Mini-SAS (SFF-8644 to SFF-8644) Cables are thoroughly tested at 16.0 GT/s (16 Gigatransfers-per-second) wire lane speeds prior to shipment; ensuring 100% compatibility with PCI Express® 4.0 specifications. Amphenol's exclusive Spectra-Strip SKEWCLEAR triple shielded parallel-pair wire guarantees sustained data transfer rates up to 16.0 GT/s (16 Gigatransfers-per-second) per lane over 4 lanes (64.0 GT/s aggregate) reduced signal loss and improved cross-talk performance over competing wire technologies. Our use of 30-AWG SKEWCLEAR Extended Frequency wire ensures the lowest possible rate of signal attenuation, SKEW, cross-talk and Bit Error Rate (BER).
This 4x HD Mini-SAS form-factor cable features universal keyed SFF-8644 pull to release lanyard connectors that are fully intermateable with ANY manufacturer's 4x iPass+™ zHD (Mini-SAS HD 16G PCI Express 4.0 (PCIe Gen4) 16.0 GT/s per Lane receptacle ports, while maintaining backwards compatibility with legacy Mini-SAS HD 8G PCI Express 3.0 (PCIe Gen3) 8.0 GT/s per Lane ports. The physical form-factor of 4x HD Mini-SAS has been adapted and certified as an external cable standard for handling PCI Express signal standards and have been utilized for high-throughput GPU-based supercomputing platforms for applications such as crypto-currency mining. Available in 2m , 1.5m, 2m and 2.5m lengths to support various installation requirements.
