Amphenol CS-NMCCEG0004-004M 4m (13.1 ft) 24G External 4x HD Mini-SAS to HD Mini-SAS (SFF-8644 to SFF-8644) Cables are thoroughly tested at 24.0 Gbps wire lane speeds prior to shipment; ensuring 100% compatibility with SAS 3.0, SAS 4.0 and PCI Express® 3.0 specifications. Amphenol's exclusive Spectra-Strip SKEWCLEAR triple shielded parallel-pair wire guarantees sustained data-rates up to 24.0 Gbps per lane over 4 lanes (96.0 Gbps aggregate) reduced signal loss and improved cross-talk performance over competing wire technologies. Our use of 28-AWG SKEWCLEAR Extended Frequency wire ensures the lowest possible rate of signal attenuation, SKEW, cross-talk and Bit Error Rate (BER).
This 4x HD Mini-SAS cable features universal keyed SFF-8644 pull to release lanyard connectors that are fully intermateable with ANY manufacturer's 4x iPass+™ zHD (Mini-SAS HD 24G SAS 4.0) receptacle ports, while maintaining backwards compatibility with legacy SAS 3.0 4x Mini-SAS HD 12G/lane ports. The physical form-factor of 4x HD Mini-SAS has also been adapted and certified as an external cable standard for handling PCI Express (PCIe 3.0) signal throughput up to 16.0 GT/s (16.0 Giga-Transfers per second) and have been utilized for high-throughput GPU-based supercomputing platforms for applications such as crypto-currency mining. Available in 4m (13.1 feet), 3m (9.8 feet), 4m (13.1 feet) and 5m (16.4 feet).
