Genuine Amphenol SFP+ loopbacks provide the ideal solution for copper SFP+ port testing requirements. This low-profile SFP+ loopback cable features typical insertion loss characteristics of 0.0dB and 0 Watts of power consumption to perfectly approximate a typical SFP+ to SFP+ 10-Gigabit connection between SFP+ equipped adapter cards, blade servers, routers, and switches. The 0dB/0W SFP+ loopback adapter module is the optimal choice if you plan on using SFP+ Optical Transceiver Modules (10GBASE-SR), SFP+ Active Optical Cables (SFP+ AOC) or SFP+ Active Copper Cables. For installations where passive SFP+ Direct Attached Copper (SFP+ DAC) Cables are to be used, our alternative 3.5dB attenuation module (Part Number: SF-SFPPLOOPBK-003.5) is recommended.
