Rather than relying on a third-party, we exercise complete top-down vertical manufacturing control over our CAT5e/CAT6/CAT6a product portfolio, including the manufacture of the raw 4-pair UTP or S/FTP CAT5e, CAT6 and CAT6a wire itself, which ensures that strict twist-per-inch tolerances are maintained on each wire pair as per TIA/EIA specifications, in addition to the guaranteed sourcing of superior 100% pure copper wire -- an absolute necessity in an era of increasing wire counterfeiting and use of inferior Copper-Clad-Aluminum (CCA) wire by suppliers seeking to cut costs (and corners).
This is further aided by our own in-house production of premium RJ45 connectors, in both unshielded and shielded varieties, which are expertly assembled onto the wire with a combination of true 50u-Gold-plated contacts for enhanced continuity and corrosion resistance, which is then sealed off with our popular snag-free over-molded strain-relief cable boot; a superior option to other vendors who use either inferior boot-free or heat-shrink boot designs.
