Amphenol 3m (9.8 ft) External 4x HD Mini-SAS to HD Mini-SAS (SFF-8644 to SFF-8644) Cables are thoroughly tested at 12.0 Gbps wire lane speeds prior to shipment; ensuring 100% compatibility with SAS 2.1 and new SAS 3.0 specifications. Amphenol's exclusive Spectra-Strip SKEWCLEAR triple shielded parallel-pair wire guarantees sustained data-rates up to 12.0 Gbps per lane, reduced signal loss and improved cross-talk performance over competing wire technologies. This 4x HD Mini-SAS cable features universal keyed SFF-8644 pull to release lanyard connectors that are fully intermateabie with ANY manufacturer's 4x iPass+™ HD (Mini-SAS HD) receptacle ports. Due to Amphenol's technological lead on high-speed over copper, our HD Mini-SAS cable assemblies are thinner (i.e. 28 AWG) and more flexible than competing HD Mini-SAS products -- providing convenient routing options and improved airflow while exceeding the performance parameters of a thicker grade cable (i.e. 26 AWG). 3m (9.8') length. Also available in 1m (3.3') and 2m (6.6') lengths.

Specialty Cables FAST and Right!

I ordered two specialty cables for a customer situation that had already cost us significant time and money to resolve only to find a limited number of manufacturer options and supply. On a whim, I ordered two of the cables I needed from CablesOnDemand and paid the relatively generous extra for overnight shipping hoping I'd see the units early the following week. I was beyond pleased when I found the delivery the VERY NEXT DAY sitting on our dock. More pleased when I installed them the following day and they were EXACTLY what I needed.
