Genuine Amphenol 100G QSFP loopback adapter modules provide the ideal 100-Gigabit Ethernet rated port testing solution for QSFP28 enabled ports (28.0 Gbps x 4 channels). This low-profile passive QSFP 100G loopback cable features typical insertion loss (attenuation) characteristics of approximately 3dB; consuming no more than 2.5 Watts of power in the process. Compatible with both copper and optical QSFP28 enabled ports, our loopbacks are offered in a range of power/performance configurations to test how your network's QSFP28 equipped adapter cards, blade servers, routers, and switches will respond to various interconnect platforms (i.e. passive vs. active / cables vs. modules). Protocol-independent design ensures compatibility with all present and emerging signal standards, including 100-Gigabit Ethernet, 4x EDR InfiniBand, SONET and beyond.
